# Section 3.54 (Chief Officers) Qualifications. The chief officers appointed by the County Assessor, Auditor, Treasurer, and Sheriff 29 shall be appointed on the basis of their abilities, qualifications, integrity and prior experience concerning the duties of the office to which they shall be appointed.
